The Tampa Tribune Sponsorship Benefits

1. Exclusivity
The Tampa Tribune will be the exclusive print media sponsor, unless otherwise approved by the Tampa Tribune Community Relations Specialist.

2. Recognition
The Tampa Tribune will be recognized on all promotional materials, including but not limited to, posters, fliers, programs, tickets, signs, print and broadcast advertising, press releases, etc. The Tampa Tribune's logo will be provided. In print, such as in press releases, where the newspaper is mentioned, its complete name - The Tampa Tribune - must be used on a first reference.

3. Booth space and signage
The Tampa Tribune will be assigned booth space, in a prominent location, to distribute promotional items, as well as to sell or distribute newspapers and/or solicit subscriptions. Event promoter will agree to provide pipe/drape, table, chairs, carpet and electricity (if required) at an indoor event, and a table and chairs under cover, if at an outdoor event.

Areas will be assigned for display of The Tampa Tribune banners and/or cold air balloon. If Tribune banners are provided, they must be returned in good condition within 72 hours after the event, unless other arrangements have been made. If banners are not returned, event will be charged a replacement fee, unless other arrangements have been made.

If the Tampa Tribune's cold air balloon is to be on-site, please assign a 25' x 25' area with access to 110 amps of electricity. The Tampa Tribune also has interactive inflatables suitable for outdoors event. Please ask your community relations specialist for details.

Event promoter will provide security for all hours of the event and during non-event hours during event dates, for any Tampa Tribune property left on-site.

4. Indemnification of The Tampa Tribune.
The Tampa Tribune must be included as additionally insured on all event insurance.

5. Agreement of confidentiality
The specific terms and conditions of sponsorship agreements are confidential, and shall not be made available to any third party without the prior written consent of both The Tampa Tribune and the event organizer.
