Write A Letter
Tell us about your problem by writing Stacie a letter. Be sure to include copies of all relevant paperwork such as the contracts, warranties and correspondence between you and the business involved. Send it to:

You can call our 8 On Your Side Helpline at 1-800-338-0808 Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and explain your consumer problem to one of our volunteers . Often, the volunteer can help you find a resolution to your issue right over the phone!

Or, you may submit your consumer issue to the 8 On Your Side by completely filling out the email form below. It's important to tell us exactly what the business in question has done (if anything) to resolve the problem you're having.
NOTE: Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for 8 On Your Side to process your submission. 8 On Your Side is not set up to serve in emergency or time-sensitive situations.
