The City of Largo is sponsoring a free “Shredfest” paper recycling event on Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. until noon, at the Starkey Road Recycling Center, 1551 Starkey Rd.

The public is invited to bring their personal documents to be securely shredded and recycled in ProShred’s mobile shredding truck at the recycling center. You do not need to be a resident of Largo to participate in the event.

Each person can bring up to five file boxes of paper per car to be shredded. There is no need to remove staples, tape, paper clips or rubber bands.

For more information or directions to the event, visit LargoRecycles.com or call (727)587-6760.
