Military treated to free meal at Whole Foods cookout

Whole Foods Market Carrollwood is celebrating Fourth of July with a cookout fundraiser to commemorate the service of the men and women of the U.S. military.

On Thursday, July 3 from 6-8 p.m., customers can enjoy a hamburger or hotdog plus a side item for a donation of $5.

Any active duty and retired military service members who attend will receive a complimentary meal, with valid military identification.

Proceeds will from the cookout fundraiser be donated to Operation Helping Hand which provides assistance for active duty military patients and families.

Whole Foods Market Carrollwood is located at 3802 Northdale Blvd., Tampa.
