Free school physicals will be available to children entering a Florida school for the first time in grades kindergarten through 12 through a joint sponsorship of Hillsborough County Public Schools and the Back-to-School Coalition of Hillsborough County.

The events, scheduled on upcoming Saturdays, require that parents or legal guardians must accompany their children at all times. Immunization records are required for children to receive free immunizations if applicable.

Those interested in sports physicals so that students can participate in school sponsored activities should note that those will only be available at the July 12 event.
