Wednesday, April 2 is National Children's Book Day and PDQ restaurants are celebrating by hosting a book drive to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Customers are invited to bring in a new or gently used childrens' book in exchange for a coupon to use for a free combo meal on their next visit. The combo meal coupons are good through May 2.

The book drive will take place April 2 - 6 during normal restaurant hours. Tampa Bay area stores will also have storytelling activities on April 2 from 5 - 7 p.m. with the exception of the St. Petersburg location which will host their event from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Guests are invited to donate multiple times over the course of the book drive promotion period.

PDQ is a fast-casual restaurant with a menu focusing on chicken tenders, fries, sandwiches, milkshakes and salads.
