Welcome to the new 4you PRIMETIME.
Think of it as 4you with a twist. On the fourth Saturday of every month, you'll find all your favorite 4you features here — and a few new ones, too — all with a focus on living well for those who are 55-plus.
Well, personally, I'm kind of digging "Best Revenge," where we talk to local personalities who are aging well and get the goods on how they make it look so easy. We're off to a great start with WFLA's Jack Harris, whose thoughts are clip-and-save-worthy.
We've also added the popular "People's Pharmacy" column by Joe and Teresa Graedon; a Q&A from the Social Security Administration; "Nanatechnology," a quick look at new gadgets that can make life a little more manageable; and "PrimeTime Workout" tips from Tampa trainer Kristen Carli.
More good stuff: The popular "Ask the Expert" column is back! This month, USF's Dr. Neil Fenske tells us how to deal with our aging skin — a topic that's near (but maybe not so dear) to those of us who love the Florida sun. And our new "Gourmet Nutritionist" columnist, Tina Ruggiero, discusses sarcopenia, which will send you straight to the store for some lean meat, eggs and fish.
