4you is looking for new contributors to our popular "I Lost It" and "I Made It" features, which share weight-loss and health success stories from across the Tampa area.

Contributors tell how they reached their goal and talk about the hurdles they faced. We've featured hundreds of men and women of all ages and sizes.

Some did it by joining a support group; others used do-it-yourself plans. Some took years to reach a goal, then made it their mission to help others do the same.

Do you think you have a weight-loss or fitness plan Tribune readers might benefit from? Did you find a way to get through a serious illness or health setback? Tell us about it. It doesn't matter how little or how much weight you lost, or if you managed to run a mile or a marathon. Maybe the biggest results show in your improved disposition.
