Sesame Street Live coming to USF Sun Dome in Tampa

Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie and more are coming to Tampa this fall.

Sesame Street Live's "Can't Stop Singing" tour will bring the cast of the beloved children's show to the USF Sun Dome for four live performances on Nov. 1 and 2.

The show stars Elmo, who casts a spell that turns Sesame Street into a "nonstop, all-singing, all-dancing musical montage" with sing-alongs, a "conga line of fun" and a lesson about the power of musical magic, a news release from the Sun Dome said.

Tickets, priced at $18.50, $24.50, $32.50 and $62.50, go on sale June 26 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster outlets, the Sun Dome box office or by calling 1-800-745-3000.

"Sesame Street," which now airs in more than 150 countries, celebrates its 44th anniversary this year.
