Detectives seeks information on Palm Harbor burglary

Pinellas County sheriff’s detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating a man they think may be involved in the burglary of a Palm Harbor car and garage this month.

According to a report, the burglary happened late Sept. 3 or early Sept. 4. The suspect entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of the home in unincorporated Palm Harbor, taking the victim’s wallet. The suspect then entered the garage, entered another unlocked vehicle and left with two bicycles.

A witness observed a male subject possibly riding one of the stolen bicycles on the afternoon Sept. 6 in the area of East Lake and Tampa Road.

The subject on the bike is described as a white male with dark hair. He was last seen wearing dark gray shorts, white tennis shoes and a backpack on his back.
