Cypress Creek offers variety of homes to suit varied tastes

For fans of wildlife and the great outdoors who just can't get enough, Cypress Creek in southern Hillsborough County may be a natural fit. And with four new models, M/I Homes officials are confident any buyer can find the right home for their lifestyle.

Cypress Creek features M/I's Island and Horizon Series and The Estates.

Each M/I home comes with the Confidence Builder Program, Collins says.

Benefits of the program include a preconstruction conference with a personal construction supervisor to review the schedule, go over the customer's house plans and answer any questions.

M/I also includes a 30-year transferable structural warranty, a guaranteed delivery date, a quality control card and a worry-free mortgage plan. In addition, at the preconstruction conference each buyer is given a hard hat.

The sales office is open from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
