A Clearwater Coast Guard air crew picked up two men involved in a small plane crash in the Bahamas, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
The crew received a report Sunday afternoon from the Federal Aviation Administration concerning a twin-engine airplane that crashed near Staniel Cay, Bahamas.
The Coast Guard crew, aboard an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter, was dispatched, locating the two men involved in the crash.
The pair were recovered and transported to Nassau, Bahamas. No injuries were reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
