SATURDAY

5K run returns: Put on your running shoes and head to Lowry Park Zoo for the 11th annual Zoo Run Run, a 5K run that winds through the zoo and along the Hillsborough River. Children can enter the special “Fun Run” which follows the 5K.

Registration is $35 for the 5K and $10 for the Fun Run and includes zoo admission. Walk-ups will be accepted.

Grab your cape: Tampa Bay Comic Con continues at the Tampa Convention Center (west hall), 333 S. Franklin St. The three-day festival includes comics, cosplay, action figures, video games. trading cards, artwork and more.

Nix the Nazis: Tampa Theatre wraps up its Summer Classic Movie Series with screenings the 1942 romantic drama “Casablanca” at 3 p.m. today and Sunday.

Humphrey Bogart stars as a nightclub owner who must choose between his old flame Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman) and helping her husband escape the Vichey-controlled Moroccan city of Casablanca so he can continue his fight against the Nazis.

Tickets are $9 general admission and $7 for Tampa Theatre members and are available at the box office, 711 N. Franklin St. For information call (813) 274-8981 or go to www.tampatheatre.org.

WEDNESDAY

Mars landing: Grammy-winning performer Bruno Mars brings his “The Moonlight Jungle World Tour” to the Forum, 401 Channelside Drive, at 7:30 p.m. Opening act is Fitz & The Tantrums.

Mars recently led a performance at the 55th annual Grammy Awards fronting an all-star tribute to Bob Marley alongside the likes of Sting and Rihanna.

Tickets range from $37.25 to $81.25 plus service charges, and are available at the Forum box office, through Ticketmaster or online at www.tampabaytimesforum.com.

FRIDAY

Team Blake: Country star Blake Shelton, a coach on NBC’s singing competition “The Voice,” returns to the Tampa area for the second time this year. Last time he performed at the Strawberry Festival in Plant City.

On Friday, Shelton brings his “Ten Times Crazier” tour to the Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 U.S. 301 N., at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $29.25 to $59 and are available by calling (813) 740-2446 or online at www.livenation.com.
