TAMPA Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar of Tampa is hosting its Boston's Cares fundraising campaign from Monday to Feb. 17 to raise money for Hooked on Hope.

Boston's locations nationwide will collect proceeds from one specialty menu item, heart-shaped pizzas and paper hearts to support diagnostic and post-operative needs of uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients.

Since 1999, the Boston's Cares initiative has raised more than $600,000 in support of charities across the United States.

"Charitable contributions to organizations such as Hooked on Hope are very important to the Boston's family," said Jana Regas, director of sales and marketing for Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar of Tampa.

Boston's will offer a special dessert menu option, red velvet cheesecake, along with paper hearts available for purchase during the campaign. One dollar from the sale of every cheesecake along with all of the paper heart proceeds go to the Boston's Pizza Foundation, benefitting Hooked on Hope.

In addition, the restaurant will offer the following:

All proceeds donated from Boston's will benefit the University of South Florida Breast Health Program.
