Sheriff seeks trio in theft of Ralph Lauren clothes from Westfield Brandon

Three people are being sought in the theft of more than $2,700 worth of Ralph Lauren merchandise last week from the Macy’s store at the Brandon mall.

About 5:33 p.m. April 7, the three suspects entered the Ralph Lauren section of the Macy’s store, 638 Brandon Town Center Mall in Brandon, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. The suspects each grabbed a stack of clothes and fled out the west doors of the store where they got into a white vehicle, possibly a Volkswagen. They stole 32 polo-style shirts and nine pairs of shorts, with a total value of $2,746.00.

The first two suspects are black men described as about 20 to 30 years old, about 5-foot-8, weighing 200 pounds, with short black hair. One was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, silver basketball shorts, white ankle socks and athletic sandals. The other was wearing a multicolored T-shirt and dark casual shorts. The black woman with them is 20 to 30 years old, about 5-foot-5, and weighs about 130 pounds. She has long black hair with big curls and was last seen wearing a large gold chain, orange halter top and blue skinny jeans.
