About 3:15 p.m. March 23, the couple was looking at some glasses at the LensCrafters, 307 Brandon Town Center Mall, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. They appeared to be acting suspicious, and when an employee offered to help, they fled into the mall.

The black woman with him is about 5-foot-5 and weighing about 170 pounds. She has black hair with pink streak and bangs, and was wearing a dark pink or maroon sweatshirt, purple shirt, pink pants and sandals.
