LifePath Hospice seeks donations for Brandon store

Published:

LifePath Hospice will open a thrift store in Brandon next week and the organization is looking for donations to stock the outlet.

The 9,000-square-foot store, at 1335 W. Brandon Boulevard in the Brandon Plaza, will have its grand opening Monday and Tuesday. The organization’s other stores are in Carrollwood and South Tampa.

The stores rely on donations, and can accept: clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, furniture, antiques, collectibles, home decor, housewares, kitchenware, artwork, books, CDs/DVDs, games, bedding, linens, lamps, small appliances, electronics, sporting goods, seasonal items, wheelchairs and more.

Donations are accepted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday. There is a free pickup service available for furniture and larger items. Please call the Brandon store at (813) 653-4616 to arrange for a pickup. Donations are tax-deductible and receipts will be provided.

Proceeds from sales at the stores go to support end-of-life care programs in Hillsborough County.
