After garnering more than 80 awards over the years for its innovative and creative home designs, Avalon Building Corp. recently added another accolade to its collection. Avalon was named a Grand Award winner in the 2012 Tampa Bay Builders Association Parade of Homes for its Antigua model in Seven Oaks.
The Parade of Homes, which ran from March 17 to April 1, showcased 90 model homes in more than 50 communities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. Avalon was one of three dozen builders competing in this year's event.

In previous Parade of Homes events, Avalon won the Grand Award for its Avalon IV model, which is 3,170 square feet and is priced from $263,900, plus lot. The Avalon IV also features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a den, a bonus room and a three-car garage.
