The Straz Center is holding a daily lottery for discounted tickets to "Wicked," the traveling Broadway musical playing in Tampa from Jan. 9 to 27.

People can enter to win the right to purchase up to two tickets for $25 by entering their names at the "Wicked" table at the Straz Center's ticket office before each performance. Entries will be accepted starting two-and-a-half hours before the show, and winners will be drawn two hours before the show starts.

The seats will be for varying locations in the auditorium, and must be paid for in cash. Participants must have a valid photo ID when submitting for the lottery.

Regularly priced tickets to "Wicked" range from $73.50 to $173.50.

"Wicked," the untold story of the witches of Oz, is one of the biggest Broadway blockbusters of all time, having broken box-office records in cities across the country. The show is the winner of 35 major awards, including a Grammy and three Tony Awards.
