Hall and Oates have Clearwater on their list of upcoming tour stops.

Daryl Hall and John Oates, the '80s pop stars with the distinction of being the highest-selling musical duo of all time, are booked to play Ruth Eckerd Hall on March 6.

Tickets, ranging from $49.50 to $100, go on sale at noon Saturday through the venue's ticket office and on RuthEckerdHall.com.

The show will be the duo's first concert in the Tampa Bay area since their sold-out appearance at Ruth Eckerd Hall in 2011. The tour coincides with the 40th anniversary of the release of Hall and Oats' debut album, "Whole Oats."

From the mid-'70s to the mid-'80s, Hall and Oates scored six No. 1 singles, including "Rich Girl," "Kiss On My List," and "Maneater," along with six consecutive platinum-selling albums.

Hall currently hosts the Web and TV series "Live from Daryl's House," which has featured him playing music with artists such as Cee Lo Green, Chromeo, Neon Trees, Joe Walsh and Jason Mraz, among others.

Oates and Hall both released solo albums in 2011.
