Pasco County deputies are investigating how a Zephyrhills woman became stuck beneath a trailer Sunday.

Authorities were responding to a burglary in the 39000 block of Nordell Lane at 9:22 a.m. and found what appeared to be items stolen from a nearby home, deputies said.

The deputies spent two hours looking for the occupant of the trailer and working to get a search warrant, said Doug Tobin, spokesman for the Pasco Sheriff's Office.

Just before noon, the deputies heard a woman crying for help under the trailer where the stolen property was located, Tobin said.

Pasco Fire Rescue members were called to help the woman, whose identity was not released. She was able to crawl out with some assistance just after noon, Tobin said.

Deputies were investigating why the woman was under the trailer, Tobin said.
