Kenny Chesney tailgate will start early in Tampa

Country star Kenny Chesney wonít take the stage until after 5 p.m., but fans can start the party much earlier at Raymond James Stadium today.

Stadium parking lots B/C, C, 6D, 6 and 7 open to tailgaters at 10 a.m., followed by more lots opening at staggered times throughout the day.

The schedule is: lots A/3D, 4, HCC, and 14 open at noon; lots 8 and 10 at 12:30 p.m.; mass transit at 1 p.m.; lot 9 at 1:30 p.m.; lots 1, 2, and 3†at 3:30 p.m.

Parking is $25 per car, $75 for campers and limousines and $100 for buses.

Eric Church, the Eli Young Band and Kacey Musgraves are also performing during the opening night of the No Shoes Nation Tour, marking the third straight year Chesney has kicked off a major tour in Tampa.

Last year, a sea of bikinis, cowboy hats, coolers, games and grills had filled the stadiumís lots by late morning, as more arriving fans backed up traffic on nearby Dale Mabry Highway for much of the day.

Tickets to the concert, ranging from $25 to $250, are available from Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
