Floods close roads, cut power and force evacuations throughout Bay area

Downpours caused flooding that closed several roads throughout the Tampa Bay area today. A mandatory evacuation order was issued for an area of Pasco County, and 40 people were evacuated from an RV park in Palm Harbor.
